Estimated Wait Time

All goods are made in the order in which they are received. In order to maintain fairness to all customers, we do not offer priority production.

All goods are made by hand. Please expect a production time of up to 3 to 4 weeks. This time does not include shipping times.

Payment Currency

Prices for our products on Ode à la Vie are based on Singapore dollars. 

 Refunds and Exchanges

 All Sales are final.

 If for some reason, you experience product failure, please kindly contact us and we will review on a case by case basis.

 Shipping

 We mail all orders using registered mail, which comes with tracking number and requires signature upon delivery. If there is no one at home to sign for it, the post office will leave a notice for you to collect it at your nearest post office.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by busy holiday periods, peak times of the year, customs clearance, bad weather, war or any natural disasters.

We cannot declare a lower order commercial value or mark a shipment as a "gift" in order to avoid or reduce customs fees, taxes or import duties. This is considered customs fraud and is illegal.

All customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by their country.

Additional Information

Every piece of leather is unique and no two pieces are the same. Therefore please note that no two items will be identical. Leather is an organic material, and therefore can show scars or other marks of the animal's life. These marks and variations are what make leather a beautiful medium as every mark tells a story and gives your leather good a unique identifying mark. These marks and variations are not considered defects.

Please note that there might be slight discrepancies in colors due to lighting and the different screen configurations. Adjustments to the colors have been made to our best ability to reflect the various items' true colors.
